Clayton Vogele, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor in Florida who offers a collaborative, goal-oriented approach to therapy. He works closely with clients to build trust and tailor each session to their unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution-Focused Therapy to support emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and personal growth. Clayton believes that you are the expert on your own story — and he’s here to help you navigate it with clarity and confidence.
