ADHD Isn’t About Laziness — It’s About How Your Brain Works

If you've been called forgetful, distracted, or disorganized your whole life, you might be living with undiagnosed ADHD. It’s more than being “easily distracted” — it’s a neurological condition that can impact your relationships, career, and emotional well-being.

Many adults don’t realize they have ADHD until later in life. That realization can be both overwhelming and liberating. We're here to guide you through it with clarity and compassion.

You deserve support that meets you where you are. We offer in-person sessions in West Palm Beach. Also available in Español.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does an ADHD evaluation involve at Novaluna?

Our ADHD assessment typically includes a detailed psychiatric evaluation, discussion of your symptoms and history, and (if needed) additional screening tools or collateral input. We focus on understanding how your symptoms show up in daily life — not just checking boxes. Our goal is to give you a clear, accurate diagnosis and a personalized path forward.

Do you prescribe stimulant medications for ADHD?

Yes. If stimulant medications like Adderall or Vyvanse are clinically appropriate, we may include them as part of your treatment plan. We also discuss non-stimulant options, lifestyle strategies, and medication monitoring. Treatment is always collaborative — you’ll never be pressured into a specific medication.

Can I receive ADHD care through telehealth?

Absolutely. We offer ADHD evaluations and follow-up care via secure video visits anywhere in Florida. Initial appointments and prescription discussions are done with the same level of care and attention you’d receive in person. For some controlled substances, additional documentation or follow-up may be required to meet Florida regulations.
