Dahiana Rafailovitc, PMHNP-BC, is a bilingual Spanish-speaking, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, and substance use. She brings a client-centered, evidence-based approach to every session — creating thoughtful, personalized care plans that meet each patient’s unique needs. With a deep commitment to holistic mental health, Dahiana works with adults of all ages to foster resilience, restore balance, and improve overall well-being.
Dahiana is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and earned her degree from the University of South Alabama.

Dionys is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience helping adults manage anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm. Known for her compassionate, holistic approach, she integrates therapy and medication management to support each client’s unique path to healing. Whether you're experiencing persistent stress, low mood, or loss of motivation, Dionys offers thoughtful, nonjudgmental care to help you feel balanced, empowered, and truly understood.
Dionys is dual board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and earned her degree from Florida State University. She is also board certified by ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Clayton Vogele, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor in Florida who offers a collaborative, goal-oriented approach to therapy. He works closely with clients to build trust and tailor each session to their unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution-Focused Therapy to support emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and personal growth.
