Dahiana Rafailovitc
Co-Founder & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Dahiana Rafailovitc, PMHNP-BC, is a bilingual in Spanish, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, and substance use. She brings a client-centered, evidence-based approach to every session, creating thoughtful, personalized care plans that meet each patient’s unique needs. With a deep commitment to holistic mental health, Dahiana works with adults of all ages to foster resilience, restore balance, and improve overall well-being.
Dahiana is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and earned her degree from the University of South Alabama.

Ainamrib "Nina" White
Pediatric & Developmental Psychiatry for Children with Special Needs
Nina White, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in pediatric psychiatry and developmental mental health care. She is deeply committed to supporting children and adolescents with special needs and the families who care for them. As a parent of two adult children with special needs, Nina brings lived experience to her work and understands how a diagnosis can impact a child’s development, emotional well-being, and the entire family system.
With combined training in family medicine and psychiatry, Nina takes a comprehensive, pediatrics-first approach, integrating physical, emotional, and developmental health. She is passionate about creating thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that promote long-term stability, growth, and meaningful progress for children and their families.
Nina is dual board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her degree from Florida State University.
